Discover the Power of Sport & Performance Psychology
What is Sport and Performance Psychology?
Sport and Performance Psychology is the science of performance excellence.
It focuses on identifying and applying psychological (mental) principles to facilitate peak sport performance, increase enjoyment, and help athletes and teams achieve their maximum potential.
Sport Psychology is not therapy.
It is application-based mental skills training focused on helping athletes learn mental skills necessary to perform consistently in training and competition.
Research shows that youth can benefit from learning and applying these skills.
As Sport and Clinical Psychologists, we UNDERSTAND performance.
