Individual Sessions
Individual mental game coaching designed to improve performance and enjoyment, based on our thorough assessment which takes place during the first session. It’s like having an extra coach just for your mental game. Common areas of focus include motivation, confidence, performance anxiety, reacting to mistakes, pre-shot and pre-performance routines, goal-setting, managing expectations and pressure, balancing sports and life, and returning from injury, among others. Sessions can be conducted in our office or on-site.
Workshops/Talks
We offer small group workshops and trainings that build mental resilience, confidence, and effectiveness through mindset training. Workshops are interactive sessions that include teaching on mental game techniques and the development of a specific action plan. Coaches can also schedule targeted, customized workshops for their teams. Topics include but are not limited to:
